Buy Your GIANTS Tickets
GIANTS Business Office
Individual game day tickets can be purchased at the Arena ticket window prior to the game. You can buy your Season Tickets and Group Tickets at the GIANTS business office located at 1010 East Adams Street in the white barracks-style office building south of the Baseball Grounds. Park behind the building and check in with the lobby receptionist for a visitor badge to Suite 112. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Arena Box Office Information
During basketball season (early December thru mid-March), Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena box office, located on 300 A. Philip Randolph Drive, is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. In addition, the box office opens about an hour and a half prior to all scheduled events.
Types of Payment Accepted:
JVMA accepts cash and major credit cards. Checks are not accepted.
Will Call
Will Call tickets are available beginning about an hour and a half prior to events. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account header card or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, preferably a driver’s license and purchasing credit card.
Special Seating Arrangements
Guest Services can provide details regarding the wide array of services for our disabled guests including ADA access points, elevators and assisted listening devices.
Children
Children age two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult’s lap. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price. |
