Where can I buy tickets?
Individual Game Day: Tickets can be purchased before games at the Arena ticket window.
Season/Group Tickets: Season/group tickets can be purchased at the Jacksonville Giants business office Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

How do I pick up my tickets from Will Call?
Will call tickets are available beginning about an hour and a half prior to events. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account header card or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required. Driver’s license and purchasing credit card are preferred.
Do the Giants offer accommodations for special seating needs?
Guest Services can provide details regarding the wide array of services for our disabled guests including ADA access points, elevators and assisted listening devices.
Do I have to pay the full ticket price for my young child?
Children age two and under will be admitted at no cost as long as they sit in their parent/guardians lap. If they request an individual seat, they will be charged for such.
Are there any special offers for servicemen and women?
YES! All active and retired military members get in FREE to every Giants home game. Bring a Military ID with you and your entire family can enjoy the game, on us.

Information for buying your Giants tickets
Giants Business Office
You can buy your Season Tickets and Group Tickets at the GIANTS business office located at 1010 East Adams Street in the white barracks-style office building south of the Baseball Grounds. Park behind the building and check in with the lobby receptionist for a visitor badge to Suite 112. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Individual game day tickets can be purchased at the Arena ticket window prior to the game.

Arena Box Office Information
During basketball season (early December thru mid-March), Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena box office, located on 300 A. Philip Randolph Drive, is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. In addition, the box office opens about an hour and a half prior to all scheduled events.
Types of Payment Accepted:
JVMA accepts cash and major credit cards. Checks are not accepted.
