The 7-time ABA Champion Jacksonville Giants are set to accomplish all three of these powerful terms when they take on the Palm Beach Stampede this Saturday at UNF at 6pm. It all starts with a sense of REDEMPTION when the champs take the court, as they will be battling the only team that has beaten them in the last two seasons, having done so in the season opener back in December. Coach Tucker and his unit know the war they are walking into.
The Giants come into the game ranked #8. Head Coach Jerrod Tucker is a 5-time ABA champion as a player and must exemplify his true leadership to will Jacksonville against the #3 team in the entire league. Getting off to a hot start will be the main key towards avoiding the Stampede from Palm Beach, as the Giants were ice cold and fell behind early in their matchup earlier this year. Riding a 13-game win streak, the Giants will need to get physical down low and get running in transition in order to get the REVENGE they are seeking, as it appears just desserts will be on the menu this weekend at the UNF Arena.
With that being said, it is our championship night so on this special night, our players will receive their rings for their effort last season but will also look to take a monumental step towards RETURNING to the playoffs and earning another this year. The game starts at 6 pm at UNF, but the pregame party will be kicking off at 4:45!!
Remember:
-It is Championship night!
